QUALITY REVIEW TEAM (QRT)
 

The TRSN Quality Review Team is responsible for fairly and independently reviewing the performance of the RSN and its contracted service providers to evaluate for systemic issues as outlined in WAC 388-865-0282 and provide to the TRSN Governing Board recommendations for improvements to the RSN system of care. Per WAC 388-865-0282.

 
The QRT meets once per month for about two (2) hours usually on the third (3rd) Wednesday and occasionally there is outreach work which sometimes takes a whole day. QRT members are clients, past clients and family members of current or past clients
