TRSN shall establish and maintain a Quality Management Committee (QMC), which shall be coordinated by the TRSN Quality Manager. The QMC shall meet quarterly and shall fulfill its responsibilities as detailed in the Quality Management (QM) Plan.
The QM Plan shall be reviewed by the Advisory Board with recommendations to the Governing Board. The QM Plan shall be approved by the Governing Board and submitted to the DSHS for review and / or approval upon request. The QM Plan shall be updated biennially and approved by the Governing Board.
The QM Plan and any revisions must include the functions roles and structures interrelationships of all the elements of the quality management process, including but not limited to the Regional Support Network Advisory and Governing Boards, clinical and management staff, Ombuds Services and Quality Review Team.
The QMC through the TRSN Quality Manager, shall report to the Governing Board. Per TRSN Policy 5002. |
