Justin Blackwell Ombuds Services Contract was approved by the Timberlands RSN Governing Board on February 8, 2013 with a start date of February 15, 2013.

Justin comes with 19 years’ experience with the State of Washington in Children’s Administration and Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. Justin has broad experience working in Child Protective Services with hands on investigations, processing intakes and advocating for clients and family members through difficult issues. Justin will utilize his work experience in fostering community relationships with his experience in Solution Based Casework, Structured Decision Making and Strength Based Approaches to Working with clients to resolve Ombuds concerns. He has an understanding of State law (RCW & WAC), programs, policies and shows a desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Timberlands RSN is fortunate to have this resource available to our Lewis, Pacific and Wahkiakum citizens.

Welcome to the web site for Timberlands Regional Support Network (TRSN).

The Washington State Legislature passed legislation creating County-based Regional Support Networks (RSN's) to design and administer local mental health systems to meet the unique needs of people with mental illness.

Timberlands Regional Support Network is located in rural Southwest Washington. Comprised of Lewis, Pacific and Wahkiakum Counties, TRSN stretches from the Pacific Ocean to White Pass, east of Mt. Rainier in the Cascade mountain range, encompassing 3,947 square miles with approximately 101,000 people. TRSN continually strives to provide quality mental health services in Lewis, Pacific and Wahkiakum Counties.

The mission of Timberlands RSN mental health system is to ensure that people of all ages experiencing mental illness can better manage their illness; achieve their personal goals; and live, work and participate in their community.
